作者分析了肿瘤研究所自1960年～1990年间收治的157例早期胃癌的临床病理特点及其变化趋势。发现早期胃癌、微小癌及小胃癌的检出率逐年提高;早期胃癌在老年组的发病比例逐渐增多;早期胃癌组织学类型虽然仍以管状腺癌为主,但低分化腺癌已经占有相当比例,印戒细胞癌亦有上升趋势。作者对早期胃癌之年代变化因素做了探讨。
The authors analyzed the clinicopathological features and trends of 157 cases of early gastric cancer treated by the Cancer Institute from 1960 to 1990. The detection rate of early gastric cancer, small cancer, and small gastric cancer was increased year by year; the incidence of early gastric cancer in the elderly group increased gradually; while the histological type of early gastric cancer was still mainly tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma already occupied a considerable proportion. Signet ring cell cancer also has an upward trend. The authors discuss the chronological changes of early gastric cancer.
