近年作者应用抗癌药物与明胶海绵颗粒作栓塞剂,行髂内动脉灌注及栓塞治疗晚期膀胱癌,效果良好,特报道如下。 1.材料与方法 将明胶海绵切割成1×1×1mm的颗粒,约200粒左右。与噻替哌10mg,丝裂霉素C 4mg和60％泛影葡胺造影剂混合至40ml,作栓塞剂备用。 经皮行股动脉Seldinger’s法穿刺,置入Pigtail导管,其导管头端进入腹主动脉腰椎3～4平面时,行盆腔动脉造影,了解肿瘤血管情况。然后换用Cobra导管插入对侧髂内动脉。导管尖端尽可能插至膀胱上动脉上
