[目的]应用衍生化-高效液相色谱法建立草甘膦母液中甲醛含量的分析方法。[方法]样品中甲醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生反应,生成的2,4-二硝基苯腙用高效液相色谱进行快速分离,在反相C8色谱柱、流动相为乙腈-水(体积比55∶45)、流速1.0 mL/min、紫外检测波长360 nm条件下进行外标定量。[结果]该分析方法在30~300 mg/L质量浓度范围呈良好线性,添加回收率在86.72%~94.12%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。[结论]该方法应用于草甘膦母液中甲醛的测定,操作简便,结果准确。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in glyphosate mother liquor by derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The reaction between formaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine in the sample was carried out. The produced 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone was separated by high performance liquid chromatography. On the reversed-phase C8 column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (volume ratio of 55:45), flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, UV detection wavelength of 360 nm under the conditions of external standard quantitative. [Result] The analytical method was linear in the concentration range of 30 ~ 300 mg / L, the recoveries were in the range of 86.72% ~ 94.12%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. [Conclusion] The method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in the glyphosate mother liquor with simple and convenient operation and accurate results.
