上海地区稻瘟病菌有7群12个小种,以ZF_1、ZG_1小种占优势。曾报导,在稻瘟病鉴定圃中,同一地区的同一类型品种,于不同生育期、不同月份间,出现的小种数及其比例,有明显的差异。关于各个生育期抗性不同的原因,国内尚未有详细报导。本研究旨在确定不同生育期、不同月份间出现的小种数变化频率,为抗性鉴定、抗病育种及防治工作等提供科学依据。 (一)材料和方法 1.病圃设置:选择历年稻瘟病重病田作病圃,1978年在金山县枫围良种场,品种为松粳2号和加倍78(均属粳稻型),79年在
Magnaporthe grisea in Shanghai has 7 groups of 12 races, which are dominated by ZF_1 and ZG_1 races. It has been reported that there is a clear difference between the same type of varieties in the same area in the rice blast identification nursery at different growth stages and different months, with the appearance of small species and their proportion. There are no reports about the different causes of resistance at different growth stages in China. The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency of changes in the number of small species in different growth stages and in different months so as to provide a scientific basis for resistance identification, disease resistance breeding and prevention and treatment. (A) materials and methods 1. Nursery settings: select the past years of rice blast disease sickness nursery, 1978 in Jinshan County Maple Wai seed market, the varieties of Songjing 2 and double 78 (both japonica rice type), 79 years in
