通过对当前南充市房地产业及其农行房地产信贷业务发展现状的调查分析 ,发现房地产信贷业务与房地产业发展存在着诸多不相适应 ,将严重阻碍房地产业的健康发展 ,从而提出了农行房地产信贷创新机制及其创新途径。
