为得出合理且符合实际生产状况的泊位-岸桥分配,建立了船舶在港时间和码头运营成本最小的多目标优化模型,并使用了多目标粒子群算法进行求解。通过多目标粒子群算法分别求解30、40、50、60、70艘船舶的优化模型,得到的可行解使时间和成本这两个目标达到最优平衡,并证明了模型和算法的有效性。试验结果表明,多目标优化方法与单目标而言,可以使码头得到更大的运营效益。
In order to obtain the berth-quayside distribution which is reasonable and in line with the actual production status, a multi-objective optimization model with the lowest operation cost of ships in port and wharf time is established, and a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. The optimal models of 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 ships were solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization respectively. The feasible solution was obtained to achieve the optimal balance between the two objectives of time and cost, and the validity of the model and the algorithm was proved. The experimental results show that the multi-objective optimization method and single target can make the terminal get more operational benefits.
