基层社会治理是国家治理体系中极为重要的拼图,而现今中国则出现了基层社会治理的某种危机。“枫桥经验”则在化解矛盾纠纷、维护基层社会秩序等方面展现了明显的优势,对走出现今危机具有意义。本文试图论证,“枫桥经验”和现代治理理论的契合,尤其是在精致化方向上的契合可以给“枫桥经验”的成功提供一个富有解释力的说明。推广“枫桥经验”的重要内容之一,即是要推广“枫桥经验”背后所蕴含的普遍化的现代治理技术。 Grassroots social governance is an extremely important puzzle in the state governance system, but nowadays there is some crisis in grassroots social governance in China. “Experience of Fengqiao ” shows obvious advantages in resolving contradictions and disputes and safeguarding social order at the grass-roots level, which is of great significance to stepping out of the current crisis. This article attempts to argue that the fit between the “Fengqiao Experience” and modern governance theory, especially in the refined direction, can provide an explanatory account of the success of “Fengqiao Experience.” Promote “Fengqiao experience ” one of the important content, that is to promote “Fengqiao experience ” behind the universalization of modern management technology.
