纳米级TiO_2广泛应用于脱硝催化剂生产领域,堆积密度指标常被忽视,在生产中出现混料不均、下料不畅和堵塞设备等现象。通过对设备、工艺指标和原料等分析,最终确定引起此问题的原因为原料纳米级TiO_2堆积密度的变化。针对设备具体情况将纳米级TiO_2堆积密度指标控制在合适范围,通过调整设备参数等方法,较好地解决生产堵塞问题。
Nano-scale TiO 2 is widely used in the field of denitration catalyst production. Bulk density index is often neglected. In production, uneven mixing, poor feeding and equipment clogging occur. Through the analysis of equipment, technical indicators and raw materials, the final cause of this problem is the change of bulk density of nano-sized TiO 2. According to the specific situation of the equipment, the bulk density index of nano-sized TiO 2 is controlled in an appropriate range. By adjusting the equipment parameters and other methods, the problem of production blockage can be solved well.
