本文报导了利用电子顺磁共振方法,研究了硅质载体釉化前后的顺磁共振讯号与色谱分离效能的关系。结果表明,硅质载体中的Fe~(3+)离子是影响极性物质分离的主要杂质。载体的釉化作用是属于一种高温的化学反应过程。
In this paper, the relationship between paramagnetic resonance signal and chromatographic separation efficiency before and after enamelling of siliceous support was studied by using electron paramagnetic resonance method. The results show that Fe 3+ ions in siliceous support are the main impurities that affect the separation of polar substances. The role of carrier glaze belongs to a high temperature chemical reaction process.
