通常在做水平井产能参数敏感性分析时,只单独分析影响产能的每种参数,很少比较各参数对水平井产能的影响程度,忽略了不同参数组合对水平井产能影响的研究。采用正交试验方法对水平井产能参数的影响程度进行了分析,确定了各因素对水平井产能的影响大小顺序,依次为地层水平渗透率Kh(A)、有效厚度h(C)、水平段长度L(B)、地下气体黏度μ(E)、各向异性系数β(D)、天然气偏差因子Z(G)和地层温度T(F)等;找出了影响水平井产能的最优参数组合A5B5C4D1E1F4G2;并综合方差分析法结果、CL气田与LS气田水平井产能参数的对比结果,进一步确定了影响水平井产能的显著因素,即地层水平渗透率、水平段厚度、水平段长度。
Usually when doing sensitivity analysis of horizontal well productivity parameters, only each parameter affecting production capacity is analyzed separately, and the influence degree of each parameter on horizontal well productivity is seldom compared, and the influence of different parameter combinations on productivity of horizontal well is neglected. The influence of various factors on productivity of horizontal well was determined by using orthogonal test method. The order of influence of horizontal and horizontal well productivity was Kh (A), effective thickness h (C), horizontal section Length L (B), viscosity of underground gas μ (E), anisotropy coefficient β (D), natural gas deviation factor Z (G) and formation temperature T (F), etc. The optimal parameters affecting horizontal well productivity Based on the result of ANOVA, the comparison of horizontal well productivity parameters between CL gas field and LS gas field further confirms the significant factors affecting horizontal well productivity, namely, horizontal permeability of formation, thickness of horizontal section and length of horizontal section.
