随着改革开放的不断深入,在中国的外商投资企业越来越多,仅上海就逾15000家,绝大多数的外资企业在如何按照中国政府的劳动人事法规从事企业的人事管理,如何根据中国人的特性、道德标准正确地选聘人才,以及如何与中国的员工进行有效的沟通等方面碰到种种困惑,于是,一种专为外商投资企业提供人事顾问的服务应运而生,而这种服务在诺大的中国几乎还是个空白,试图填补这个空白的是上海一位叫张海峰的年轻人。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, there are more and more foreign-invested enterprises in China. There are more than 15,000 in Shanghai alone. The vast majority of foreign-funded enterprises are engaged in the personnel management of enterprises in accordance with the labor and personnel regulations of the Chinese government, and how they are based in China. People’s characteristics and ethical standards have met with all sorts of confusion in selecting talents correctly and how to communicate effectively with Chinese employees. Therefore, a service for providing personnel consultants for foreign-invested companies emerged. The service is almost a blank in Nuo Da China. Trying to fill this gap is a Shanghai young man named Zhang Haifeng.
