分子标记技术已经被广泛地用于棉花的遗传育种研究中。本研究利用RAPD- PCR技术,对我国现有的皖杂40 杂种棉组合的纯度测验进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,利用OPW09 引物可以很容易地把皖杂40 F1 杂种和它们的亲本加以区别;棉花杂种的纯度可以很快的加以鉴定;从而避免每年冬天去海南的异地鉴定,节省时间和杂种种子的成本。
Molecular marker technology has been widely used in genetic breeding of cotton. In this study, the RAPD-PCR technique was used to conduct a preliminary study on the purity test of the hybrids of Wanza40 hybrid cotton in China. The results showed that the OPW09 primer could easily distinguish Wanza40 F1 hybrids from their parents, and the purity of cotton hybrids could be quickly identified, thus avoiding the need of off-site identification in Hainan every winter to save time and hybrid seeds the cost of.
