中职会计专业实际教学过程需要发挥就业导向作用,重视会计专业的专业性以及具体操作性,培养出符合企业以及社会发展需求的操作性高素质人才。与本科院校相比,中职院校旨在于培养出社会发展需求的技术性人才,无论是在课程设计方面,还是在课程教学方式,实际的评价方式都需要与实际教学方式相一致,提升学生操作能力以及实践能力。本文对中职院校会计教学存在的问题作了分析,提出了以就业为导向的中职会计教学对策,为提升中职会计教学效率打下了基础。
The actual teaching process of vocational accounting major needs to give full play to employment-oriented role, pay attention to the professionalism and specific operability of accounting major, and cultivate high-quality operational talents that meet the needs of enterprises and social development. Compared with the undergraduate colleges, the vocational colleges aim at cultivating the technical talents with the needs of social development. Both in the curriculum design and in the teaching method of the curriculum, the actual evaluation methods need to be consistent with the actual teaching methods to enhance the students’ Operational ability and practical ability. This article analyzes the existing problems of accounting teaching in secondary vocational schools and puts forward employment-oriented teaching strategies of secondary accounting, laying a foundation for enhancing the efficiency of accounting teaching in secondary vocational schools.
