口腔科常用的牙齿充填材料有银汞合金、丙烯酸脂类自凝塑胶、矽粘固粉、磷酸锌粘固份与 EB 型复合树脂。这几种充填材料均各有其优点,如在体积收缩、热膨胀系数,抗压强度、耐磨等方面,复合树脂比自凝树胶优越。但在物理性能和机械性能方面,复合树脂又次于银汞合金。由于复合树脂的颜色与牙齿色泽相同,又不溶于唾液,故用于前牙充填比矽粘固粉和银汞合金都理想。根据有限的临床实践,证实 EB 型复合树脂在
