In 1990, after the establishment of the International Arctic Science Committee, the “Arctic and global changes” were placed at the top of the research status. On September 26 last year, 115 people from China’s second Arctic Scientific Expedition, which lasted for more than 74 days and sailed 13985 nautical miles, took the “Snow Dragon” polar scientific expedition vessel. The results of the full-scale scientific expedition returned to Shanghai. The scope of this investigation has reached 3000 kilometers south, 900 kilometers east and west, and has carried out scientific expeditions at 80 degrees north latitude, which is another major breakthrough for China in the Arctic.
