目的:研究中药北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响及其有效成分。方法:利用环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,研究北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物对小鼠免疫抑制的影响,并用气-质联用方法分析其化学成分。结果:北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物恢复了免疫抑制小鼠的部分免疫功能;从北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物中鉴定了48种成分,占总量的85.51%,其主要成分为镰叶芹醇(36.23%)、黄葵内酯(12.49%)、2,6-十六烷基-1-(+)-抗坏血酸酯(10.41%)、Tricyclo[3.1.0.0(2,4)]hexane,3,3,6,6-tetracyclopropyl-(6.81%)、角鲨烯(3.94%)等。结论:北沙参的SFE-CO2萃取物具有一定的免疫调节作用,所用方法为北沙参的合理开发利用提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of SFE-CO2 extract of Radix Astragali (Radix Astragali) Radix on the immune function of immunosuppressed mice and its effective components. Methods: The mouse model of immunosuppression was established by cyclophosphamide to study the effect of SFE-CO2 extracts on immunosuppression in mice. The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: SFE-CO2 extracts of Radix Astragali restored the immunological function of immunosuppressed mice. Forty-eight components were identified from SFE-CO2 extracts of Radix isatidis, accounting for 85.51% of the total. The main components were S. falciparum Tricyclo [3.1.0.0 (2,4)] hexane (36.23%), fulgurone (12.49%), 2,6-hexadecyl-1 - (+) - ascorbate , 3,3,6,6-tetracyclopropyl- (6.81%), squalene (3.94%) and the like. CONCLUSION: SFE-CO2 extract of Radix isatidis has some immunomodulatory effects. The method used provides a scientific basis for rational development and utilization of Radix isatidis.
