目前中国铁路和电网点多线长,相互交叉跨越频繁,高铁建设急需超高压让路,但历史遗留的铁路站场内超高压如瓶颈制约着高铁建设速度,高难度、高风险势必对铁路运输安全构成极大危险。本文以杭长客运专线2×110kV仙站仙村线跨越沪昆铁路迁改为例,探讨超高压大跨越迁改与铁路营业线安全管控。
At present, China’s railways and power grids are long and multi-line intersected and crossed frequently. High-speed railway construction urgently needs to make use of ultra-high voltage. However, due to superhigh pressure such as the bottleneck in the railway station yard left behind by history, the construction speed, difficulty and risk of high speed railways are bound to be very high. Constitute a great danger. This article takes 2 × 110kV Xianzhancuncun line of Hangchang-Chang-Passenger Dedicated Line as an example to track the relocation of Shanghai-Kunming Railway, and discusses the relocation and reform of UHV and VLT and the safety control of railway operating lines.
