今年上半年国内成品油生产量和消费量稳中趋升。汽油价格呈先降后升又下滑的走势。柴油价格则一路下跌,总的来看,与去年同期相比,汽、柴油批发价格波动较大,零售价格相对比较稳定。上半年我国成品油进口量增长14.03％,燃料油和航空煤油成为成品油进口的新热点;成品油出口量增幅为8.36％,汽油成为成品油出口的新增长点。预计下半年国内市场成品油供需将基本趋于平衡,价格走势大体平稳。由于出口量扩大,汽油受资源趋紧的影响,价格将稳中趋升。伴随着休渔期的结束以及秋季用油季节的来临,柴油需求将会出现回升,价格亦会保持相对的稳定。
In the first half of this year, domestic refined oil production and consumption steadily rose. The price of gasoline dropped first and then dropped again. Diesel prices fell all the way. Overall, the wholesale prices of gasoline and diesel fluctuated more than the same period of last year, and the retail prices were relatively stable. In the first half of this year, China’s refined oil imports increased by 14.03%. Fuel oil and aviation kerosene became the new hot spots for refined oil imports. The export volume of refined oil products increased by 8.36%. Gasoline became a new growth point for refined oil exports. It is estimated that the supply and demand of refined oil in the domestic market will basically be in balance in the second half of the year, and the price trend will be generally stable. Due to the expansion of export volume, the impact of resource tightening gasoline, the price will rise steadily. With the closure of the fishing moratorium and the coming oil season in autumn, the demand for diesel oil will rebound and the price will remain relatively stable.
