本文从平衡的角度探讨了企业选择平衡创新模式对其绩效的系统影响效应,以及其影响效应在什么条件下存在差异。基于制度理论,从企业对制度的被动遵从和主动响应两个方面入手,本文对所提理论检验后发现:企业选择平衡创新模式对其绩效提升具有微弱显著的正向作用,组织复杂化在平衡创新模式与企业绩效间起着倒U型调节作用,而组织集权化在两者之间的调节作用则不显著。在高管团队战略柔性高的条件下,平衡创新模式对企业绩效提升的作用进一步增强。
This paper explores the systemic effects of the firm’s choice of balanced innovation model on its performance from the perspective of equilibrium and under what conditions its effects are different. Based on the system theory, starting from two aspects of the passive compliance and active response of the system to the system, this paper finds out after the theory test that the enterprise chooses the balanced innovation mode to have a weak positive effect on the performance improvement and the complex organization balance Innovation mode and business performance play an inverted U-shaped regulatory role, while the centralization of the regulatory role between the two is not significant. Under the condition of the high strategic flexibility of the senior management team, the balanced innovation mode further enhances the performance improvement of enterprises.
