目的了解制鞋行业企业工人职业卫生基本知识的知晓情况,为制定健康促进教育计划与措施提供依据。方法对福州、莆田两地3家制鞋企业共445名接触职业病危害的一线工人进行问卷调查。结果有67.4%的工人知晓职业病防治法,经培训和学历初中及以上者职业病防治法知晓率较高。职业危害因素知晓率依次为:噪声76.9%,化学毒物75.3%,粉尘63.4%,高温51.5%和非电离辐射32.1%,总体上,有培训、≥初中、≤30岁和工龄>5年者知晓率较高。结论要加大宣传力度,多采用墙报和颁发小册子的宣传方式,培训应针对企业存在的具体职业危害,并注意通俗性。
Objective To understand the basic knowledge of occupational health in the footwear industry and to provide the basis for formulating plans and measures to promote health education. Methods A total of 445 first-line workers exposed to occupational hazards in three shoe-making enterprises in Fuzhou and Putian were surveyed. As a result, 67.4% of workers were aware of occupational disease prevention and control laws, and higher awareness rate of occupational disease prevention and control methods was obtained after training and junior high school education or above. Occupational hazards were identified as 76.9% noise, 75.3% chemical poisons, 63.4% dust, 51.5% high temperature and 32.1% non-ionizing radiation. In general, there were training, ≥ junior high school, ≤30 years of age and working age> 5 years Higher rate. Conclusions Publicity efforts should be intensified, with the use of wall posters and brochures to promote the use of advertisements. The training should be aimed at the specific occupational hazards existing in the enterprises and pay attention to the popularity.
