一、概述江南热工仪表厂生产的WYZS-1型温度显示仪表综合测试仪是一台多功能温度显示调节仪表的模拟现场试验装置,适用于各种不同分度、不同量程的自动平衡记录仪及动圈仪表。它能模拟被测量温度场的温度变化,也能模拟仪表在现场的自动控制和记录,以检查仪表测量机构、控制机构和记录机构的不灵敏区和精确度,它还能分别或同时给仪表加入横向和纵向干扰信号,以检查仪表的抗干扰性能,亦可用于校验使用维修后各种温度显示仪表的性能,且是温度显示仪表进行老化试验必不可少的工具。该装置的主要元件,自转合成膜电位器运转自如,接触性能良好,调节方便,提高了设备的可靠性,调节单元采用小型多圈电位器,便于微调,并能同时带动多台显示仪表。
