我厂生产的城市煤气是油煤气、直立炉煤气和水煤气的混合煤气,出厂的煤气热值是用RLB-1型气体热值仪连续自动测定的,煤气热值一般控制在16.748±0.419MJ/m~3。测定煤气热值时,取压后的煤气首先经过素瓷过滤器滤去煤气中的焦油、水分和尘埃等杂质,再依次在减压阀中将煤气压力从0.06MPa降至2~5kPa;在粗调压器中降至300~400Pa;在精调压器中将压力稳定在10~11Pa。然后通过φ1.1mm的孔板将煤气定量地供入燃烧筒中燃烧,用两支热电偶测出温差毫伏信号。在空气流稳定的条件下,电偶的温差
