目的：了解苯二氮类药物（BZD）在青少年人群中的滥用情况。方法：在重庆市4个区 里 分别选取两所学校，采用自编BZD使用情况问卷表，对初二至高二年级各两个班共8个班44 6 名学生进行统一问卷调查。结果：446名学生中使用过BZD的有71人（占15．92％），已形 成依赖者7人（占1．57％）。结论：BZD在青少年中有很高的使用率，这种现象应充分引起 社会各界的重视。
Objectives: To understand the abuse of benzodiazepines (BZD) in adolescents. Methods: Two schools were selected in each of the four districts in Chongqing. A questionnaire of self-made BZD use questionnaire was used to survey 446 students in eight classes of two classes from the first grade to the second grade. Results: There were 71 (15.92%) of the 446 students who used BZD and 7 persons (1.57%) who had formed the dependency. Conclusion: BZD has a high utilization rate in adolescents. This phenomenon should be fully taken seriously by all walks of life.
