在固体培养的基础上,于67-Ⅴ培养液中悬浮培养人参组织取得成功。容器大小对组织培养物的生长速度、干组织重量和其中皂甙含量,影响较小;而不同培养基和继代培养次数,则影响较大。与固体培养相比,组织悬浮培养物生长较快,培养期较短,干组织重量和其中皂甙含量均有所提高。由于悬浮培养省去培养基中的琼脂,使培养基费用降低了2/3左右。悬浮培养较易放大培养,它为进一步大规模生产,提供了有益的参考。
On the basis of solid culture, the suspension of ginseng tissue in 67-V medium was successful. The size of the container has little effect on the growth rate, tissue weight, and saponin content of the tissue culture. However, different culture media and subculture times have a greater impact. Compared with solid culture, tissue suspension cultures grew faster, culture period was shorter, dry tissue weight and the content of astragaloside increased. Since suspension culture eliminates agar in the medium, the cost of the culture medium is reduced by about 2/3. Suspension culture is easier to magnify, which provides a useful reference for further large-scale production.
