心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiactroponinI,cTnI)是心肌细胞内结构蛋白之一.心肌细胞受损后,细胞内游离的cTnI迅速释放入血液循环.文献报到cTnI可作为急性病毒性心肌炎(viralmyocarditis,VMC) 心肌损伤的标志,而且cTnI较肌酸肌酶(CK)及肌酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)更灵敏,更具有特异性.2002年2月至2003年6月,笔者对75例患儿进行了血清cTnI、CK及CK-MB检测,旨在探讨cTnI对VMC的诊断价值.现报告如下.
