聚合物钻井液消泡剂室内实验研究

以钻井液的密度恢复率为评价指标,对适用于聚合物钻井液体系的多种消泡剂进行了评价,并讨论了消泡剂对钻井液流变性能的影响,以及温度和钻井液添加剂对消泡剂消泡效果的影响。结果表明,纯物质消泡剂都难以满足经济适用的要求,复配出的含硅油类消泡剂消泡效果好,对钻井液性能基本无影响,其中CR-1、CR-2和CR-3采用的是油基辅剂,它们加量为0.4%时,钻井液的密度恢复率可达到98%。FT-1添加剂对含硅油类消泡剂的消泡性能有一定影响。 Several kinds of defoamers suitable for polymer drilling fluid system were evaluated based on the density recovery rate of drilling fluid.
