以钻井液的密度恢复率为评价指标,对适用于聚合物钻井液体系的多种消泡剂进行了评价,并讨论了消泡剂对钻井液流变性能的影响,以及温度和钻井液添加剂对消泡剂消泡效果的影响。结果表明,纯物质消泡剂都难以满足经济适用的要求,复配出的含硅油类消泡剂消泡效果好,对钻井液性能基本无影响,其中CR-1、CR-2和CR-3采用的是油基辅剂,它们加量为0.4%时,钻井液的密度恢复率可达到98%。FT-1添加剂对含硅油类消泡剂的消泡性能有一定影响。
Several kinds of defoamers suitable for polymer drilling fluid system were evaluated based on the density recovery rate of drilling fluid. The effects of defoamer on the rheological properties of drilling fluids and the effects of temperature and drilling fluid additives The defoamer defoaming effect. The results showed that the pure substance defoamers were difficult to meet the economic requirements.
