EPC总承包模式在桥后小水电工程中的应用

近几年国家大量投资兴建水利,但条件较好的水资源基本开发完成,小型水电作为区域性电力能源结构的有效补充部分迅速发展。而EPC工程总承包模式作为我国建设市场不断摸索和推广的工程承包模式,已经越来越得到国内工程界的认可。文章结合云南洱源桥后小水电工程项目介绍EPC工程总承包模式的特点,从工程项目成本管理方面提出一些解决EPC工程总承包模式中总承包商的风险的方法。 In recent years, a large number of countries have invested in the construction of water conservancy projects, but the well-developed basic water resources development has been completed. As an effective supplement to the regional electric energy structure, small-scale hydropower has developed rapidly. As EPC contracting mode, as the contracting mode of engineering construction in China, has been increasingly recognized by domestic engineering circles. In this paper, based on the characteristics of general contract EPC project mode in Yunnan Eryuan Bridge Small Hydropower Project, some methods to solve the risk of general contractor in EPC project EPC are put forward from the aspects of project cost management.
