介杆作为煤化工用大型隔膜泵动力端的关键件和易损件,其两侧分别与十字头和活塞杆相连接。介杆十字头侧圆角处的应力集中是导致介杆在隔膜泵现场运行中发生疲劳破坏的主要原因。本文应用大型通用有限元程序ADINA的结构模块(ADINA-Structure)对三缸单作用隔膜泵介杆进行强度分析并对其结构进行优化,其结论对介杆及相关产品的设计研发具有一定的理论与指导意义。
