近几年,生态文明的提出使得城市人居环境的地位越来越重要,园林景观建设也成为内蒙古自治区生态建设的一项重要内容。就目前的形势来看,园林人才的需求量较大,具有其它学科和专业无法替代的地位,而人才培养与需求的脱节,直接影响了内蒙古自治区园林产业的健康发展。根据内蒙古自治区的地区特点,针对自治区园林产业发展的总体情况及园林设计行业的现状和发展趋势,对现已开设园林专业高校的人才培养模式进行对比分析,总结存在的主要问题,提出适应内蒙古自治区园林产业发展以及城市建设需要的科技人才培养模式,以期为园林专业人才的培养提供相应的参考和借鉴。
In recent years, the proposal of ecological civilization makes the status of urban living environment more and more important. The construction of landscape architecture has also become an important part of ecological construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The disconnect between talent cultivation and demand directly affects the healthy development of the garden industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. According to the regional characteristics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, aiming at the general situation of the development of the garden industry in the autonomous region and the current situation and development trend of the garden design industry, this paper makes a contrastive analysis on the personnel training mode of the existing specialized colleges and universities in colleges and universities, summarizes the main problems and proposes to adapt to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Garden industry development and urban construction needs of science and technology personnel training mode, with a view to provide training for garden professionals to provide the appropriate reference and reference.
