读了你刊《从招聘与流动想到的……》一文(载《人民教育》1984.12)深受启发,也颇有感触,文中通过大量数据不仅阐明了教师队伍严重不稳定的原因,鞭策了那些不关心教育的领导,还列举了一些党委重视教育就一定能办好教育的事例,同时反映了广大教育工作者为国分忧,立足本职、艰苦奋斗,献身四化的高尚品质。特别最后写道:“必须看到:广大教师对事业的追求远远超过对物质待遇的追求。”更是对中小学教学第一线的广大教师崇高境界的真实写照。
