本文运用通行的人格因素测量工具-卡特尔16项人格因素测评,对经管类在校大学生人格因素进行测评与分析。研究发现对于经济与管理类学生来说,低年级学生的很多人格因素同生活方式相关性不大;进入二年级后学生开始形成自己的明确目标,并逐步分层;进入高年级之后,学生的人格因素与不同的生活方式均有不小的相关性,人格基本形成。基于在校大学生人格因素的形成特点,本文建议应该增强针对性、分类指导,更好地开展学生管理工作。
This article uses the prevalence of personality measurement tools - Carter 16 personality factors evaluation, the management of college students personality factors for evaluation and analysis. The study found that for economic and management students, many personality factors of lower grade students are not closely related to life style; after entering the second grade, students begin to form their own definite goals and gradually stratify; after entering senior year, students Personality factors and different ways of life have a lot of relevance, the basic form of personality. Based on the forming characteristics of personality factors in college students, this paper suggests that we should enhance the pertinence and guidance of classification to carry out better student management.
