该文以理论结合实践,探讨了聚合物驱注入压力的变化规律,分析了影响聚合物驱注入压力的五大因素,即聚合物水溶液本身、注采井距、注入强度、注入速度及油层条件对聚合物驱注入压力的影响。理论和实践都证明:聚合物分子量、注采井距、注入强度、注入浓度及注入速度等参数值越大,聚合物驱注入压力就越高;尤其注采井距对聚合物驱注入压力影响更明显,与注水相比,其压力升值正比于注采井距平方的数倍,而地层系数越大,则注入压力越低。文章还提出适于大庆油田聚合物驱的各参数初步推荐值:聚合物分子量不超过2000万,注入速度不超过0.2PV/a,注入浓度不超过1500mg/L和注采井距不超过400m(最好250m)。这些认识对生产实践,特别是对大庆油田今后聚合物驱大规模工业化应用具有重要指导意义。
In this paper, with the combination of theory and practice, the variation law of injection pressure of polymer flooding was discussed. Five factors influencing the injection pressure of polymer flooding were analyzed, namely polymer aqueous solution itself, injection well spacing, injection strength, injection rate and reservoir conditions Impact of Polymer Flooding on Injection Pressure. Both theoretical and practical evidences show that the higher the polymer molecular weight, injection well spacing, injection strength, injection concentration and injection speed, the higher the polymer flooding pressure; in particular, the injection well spacing affects the polymer flooding pressure More obviously, compared with water injection, the pressure rise is proportional to the square of injection well production several times, and the larger the formation factor, the lower the injection pressure. The paper also proposed the initial recommendation for each parameter of polymer flooding suitable for Daqing Oilfield: the molecular weight of the polymer should not exceed 20 million, the injection speed should not exceed 0.2 PV / a, the injection concentration should not exceed 1500 mg / L and the well spacing between injection and production should not exceed 400 m (Best 250m). These understandings have important guiding significance for production practice, especially for the large-scale industrialization of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield.
