大跨度钢桁架广泛应用在超高层建筑连廊结构中,一般采用地面拼装、大型起重设备吊装或液压整体提升技术。但当项目受环境条件限制,无法采用常规起重吊装技术、也无经济条件选用先进技术时,需要就地自制吊装设施。结合工程实践,阐述了特殊环境条件下大跨度钢桁架选择手拉葫芦两点提升吊装的工艺流程,经应用,该工艺简单实用,可在解决起重设备进场难的同时,降低吊装成本。
Long-span steel trusses are widely used in the corridor structure of super high-rise buildings, generally using ground assembly, hoisting large-scale lifting equipment or hydraulic overall lifting technology. However, when the project is subject to environmental conditions, can not use the conventional lifting technology, there is no economic conditions, the selection of advanced technology, the need to locally hoisting facilities. Combined with the engineering practice, the technological process of two-point lifting hoisting of long-span steel trusses under special environmental conditions is described. By using this technology, the process is simple and practical, which can reduce the difficulty of hoisting equipment and reduce the hoisting cost.
