目前,国内近代物理电子自旋共振(ESR)实验中,都采用速调管作微波源,配以精密的自动稳频系统、检测放大系统和电磁铁系统等,系统复杂,价格昂贵,难以在高校中推广使用。即使是被认为最简单的调频、调场式ESR谱仪,本身也是较为复杂、贵重的,且有测试功能单一、灵敏度低等不足。为满足高校ESR实验教学需要,我们研制了一种新型X波段的电子自旋共振波谱仪,仪器结构合理,调试简便,测试内容丰富,造价仅3000元左右。该谱仪除可测定波导波长λ_g(不用专门的波长表)、电子自旋g因子外,还可探测谐振腔内的耦合状态,观测理论上预言的下凹顺磁共振吸收波形、色散信号以及吸收信号的转换过
