日常摄入量估计中统计方法的研究进展

【摘要】

：

日常摄入量(usual intake,UI)是个体或人群的长期习惯性膳食摄入量.现多采用24h膳食回顾法和食物频率问卷法来获得个体或人群的膳食摄入量.受方法的局限,其结果不能直接代表UI,研究者们以统计学为基础建立多种统计方法,对短期膳食摄入量进行校正转换,以获得更准确的UI.本文对UI估计的统计方法进行梳理、汇总,为更科学的营养评估和食品安全暴露评估提供理论基础.
