采用昆虫病毒毒力生物测定方法[1],以舞毒蛾 2 龄幼虫为对象,对大邑株舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒毒力进行测定,其 L C50 = 182×104 P I B/m l,95% 置信限上限为 241×104 P I B/m l,下限为 122×104 P I B/m l;用浓度 16×106 P I B/m l 和 16×105 P I B/m l 进行感染, 其 L T50分别为 738 天、824 天。
The virulence of the Gypsy moth nuclear polyhedrosis virus in Dayi was determined by the virulence bioassay of insects [1]. The second instar larvae of Gypsy moth were used to determine the virulence of the Gypsy moth nuclear polyhedrosis virus. The L C50 was 1.82 × 104 P I B / m l, the upper 95% confidence limit is 241 × 104 P I B / m l, the lower limit is 1 2 2 × 104 P I B / m l; 6 × 105PIB / ml infection, the L T50 were 7 38 days, 8 24 days.
