目前 ,不论是陶瓷生产用的球磨机 ,还是实验室用的小球磨罐 ,都存在着耗能多 ,效率低的缺点。影响球磨机细磨效率的因素很多 ,本文仅从粗细料分开磨 ,以倾斜代替水平磨 ,以边磨边筛分代替一次性粉磨三方面进行球磨实验。探讨了提高球磨机细磨效率的有效方法。
At present, both the ball mill for ceramic production and the small ball mill for laboratory use have the disadvantages of more energy consumption and lower efficiency. There are many factors that affect the fine grinding efficiency of the ball mill. In this paper, we separate the grinding from the coarse and fine materials and use the inclined instead of the horizontal grinding to replace the one-time grinding. The effective ways to improve the fine grinding efficiency of ball mill are discussed.
