研究了Mn和RE对高铁含量ZL102合金中铁相的影响。结果表明,Mn可抑制长针状的β-Fe相,使部分针状铁相转变成骨骼状或汉字状的α-Fe相;RE元素并不能使长针状的β-Fe相转变成α-Fe相,但它可以使长针状β-Fe相断裂变小;Mn和RE的复合使用可以有效改善铁相形貌,使针状铁相变为小块的骨骼状或汉字状。
The effect of Mn and RE on iron phase in high-iron content ZL102 alloy was studied. The results showed that Mn could inhibit the long-acicular β-Fe phase and transform some acicular iron phase into skeletal or kinkoid α-Fe phase. RE did not change the long acicular β-Fe phase to α -Fe phase, but it can make long needle-shaped β-Fe phase fracture smaller; Mn and RE can effectively improve the iron phase morphology, the acicular iron phase into small pieces of bone or Chinese-shaped.
