分析了海浪谱高阶谱矩不存在的原因。在Glazman研究结果的基础上计算了目前工程上常用的PM谱和JONSWAP谱的0阶到8阶的诺矩值，以方便实际工程的应用。
The reason why the higher-order spectral moments of the sea spectrum do not exist is analyzed. On the basis of Glazman’s research results, the common 0-order to 8-order moment values of PM spectrum and JONSWAP spectrum are calculated to facilitate the practical application.
