经国务院同意,国务院办公厅近日转发国务院国有资产监督管理委员会《关于规范国有企业改制工作的意见》,其中就国有企业改制工作中的财务审计和资产评估做出规定。
With the approval of the State Council, the General Office of the State Council recently forwarded the Opinions on Regulating the Restructuring of State-owned Enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, which sets out the provisions on the financial auditing and assets appraisal in the restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
