最近美国西海岸的一家厂商利西克系统公司,在一块牛导体薄片上制成了LP2000型微型发射机,号称是第一部问世的牛导体薄片无线电发射机。它是单片集成电路,组装在一只有10个引线的TO-100型密封外壳里。除了输出功率这项参数以外,该微型发射机达到了民用水平多级发射机的全部工作性能,并可做成超小型组装。L P2000型发射机的原理图如图1—a所示;电路图如图1—b所示。如图所示,该器件包括有一级振荡器,二级射频缓冲放大器,一个功率输出级,一个组合音频予放或声码发生器,一个独特的无变压器的调幅器和闭锁型功率调节器。它总共用了16只晶体管,5只二极管和9个电阻。该发射机的供电电源为直流3伏~、15伏。当在27兆赫频率上工作于脉冲调制或等幅波射频时,输出为100毫瓦;工作于调幅时,输出为50毫瓦。该发射机可用于便携式的、航空与航海用的双向无线电设备以及遥控、生物医学监视、报警以及近距离的遥测系统。
Recently, a manufacturer on the west coast of the United States, Lysik Systems, made the LP2000 miniature transmitter on a piece of cowhide sheet, claiming to be the first cowhide sheet radio transmitter to come out. It is a monolithic integrated circuit housed in a 10-lead TO-100 sealed case. In addition to the parameter of output power, this miniature transmitter achieves the full working performance of civil level multi-level transmitter and can be made into an ultra-compact assembly. L P2000 transmitter schematic diagram shown in Figure 1-a; circuit shown in Figure 1-b below. As shown, the device includes a first-order oscillator, a second RF buffer amplifier, a power stage, a combined audio pre-amp or vocoder, a unique transformer-less modulator and a latched power regulator. It uses a total of 16 transistors, 5 diodes and 9 resistors. The transmitter power supply for the DC 3 volts ~, 15 volts. The output is 100 milliwatts when operating on 27 MHz at pulsed or constant amplitude radio frequency and 50 milliwatts when operating with amplitude modulation. The transmitter can be used for portable, aviation and marine two-way radios and remote control, biomedical surveillance, alarm and telemetry systems.
