~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-胸苷)具有广泛的生物学活性,在放射生物学和生物化学的研究中已普遍应用,但对它的毒性至今还没有统一的看法。本文把它和氚氧化物以及非放射性的胸腺嘧啶核苷(胸苷)作比较,来评价它的毒性。实验把上述三种化合物分成若干剂量组,每个剂量组用23~25克雌性小鼠10只,观察腹腔注射后动物的一般状态、外周血相、寿命和LD_(50)/_(30)值。结果表明,~3H-胸苷比氚氧化物毒性更大,表现在:1.死亡率较高,寿命缩短。剂量为0.6毫居里/
~ 3H-thymidine (~ 3H-thymidine) has a wide range of biological activity, has been widely used in radiobiological and biochemical studies, but its toxicity has so far not a unified view. It is compared with tritiated oxides and non-radioactive thymidine (thymidine) to evaluate its toxicity.
