近年来,我国城市建设逐渐朝着生态化、环保化的方向靠拢,园林绿化工程属于现代城市建设中的重要内容,例如说各种公园广场、绿化小区、环保社区等项目日益增多,政府部门对园林绿化工程的投入也越来越多。基于此,科学管控园林绿化工程造价对于促进现代环保城市的建设来说至关重要,对于推进我国可持续发展战略具有重大意义。本文结合笔者实际研究,探讨了园林绿化工程造价管控的特点和当前存在的一些问题,并从园林绿化工程的前期阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段提出了加强工程造价控制的措施。
In recent years, urban construction in China gradually moves closer to the goal of ecologicalization and environmental protection. Landscaping is an important part of modern urban construction. For example, projects such as various park squares, afforestation communities and environmental protection communities are increasing day by day. Landscaping project investment is also more and more. Based on this, scientifically controlling the cost of landscaping projects is of crucial importance for promoting the construction of modern and environmentally friendly cities and is of great significance for promoting the strategy of sustainable development in our country. Based on the author’s actual research, this paper discusses the characteristics of cost control of landscape engineering and some existing problems, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the project cost control from the early stage, construction stage and completion settlement stage of landscape engineering.
