目的探讨补肾方改善水杨酸所致耳鸣作用的可能机理。方法成年Wistar大鼠饮用含水杨酸水4周,分设水杨酸模型组、中药防治组、西药防治组及正常饮水之对照组,检测各组血清性激素(T)、甲状腺激素(T3、T4)。结果与对照组相比,水杨酸模型组的T4比对照组有显著降低,中药与卡马西平治疗组均显示出明显的治疗作用,其水平明显回升(P<0.05)。水杨酸模型组的T、T3有下降趋势。结论 补肾方对水杨酸模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺及性腺轴功能的调节可能是其改善水杨酸所致耳鸣的作用途径之一。
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Bushen Recipe for improving tinnitus induced by salicylate. Methods Adult Wistar rats were treated with salicylic acid for 4 weeks. The salicylic acid model group, Chinese medicine control group, western medicine control group and normal drinking water control group were divided into groups. Serum sex hormones (T) and thyroid hormones (T3, T4) were measured in each group. . Results Compared with the control group, T4 in the salicylic acid model group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Both Chinese medicine and carbamazepine treatment groups showed significant therapeutic effects and their levels increased significantly (P<0.05). Salicylic acid model group T, T3 has a decreasing trend. Conclusion The effect of Bushen recipe on the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid and gonadal axis in salicylate model rats may be one of the ways to improve the tinnitus induced by salicylic acid.
