随着我国水电规模急剧扩大,对水电调度方向的人才需求变得非常强烈,然而受重点高校扩招和名校效应等因素影响,目前水电类非985、211等普通高校普遍面临研究生生源质量和数量急剧下降、科研团队和学科建设举步为艰的局面,在此背景下,本文设计了一种基于人才储备建设的水电调度专业研究生培养模式,分别从基础知识交叉学习、专题任务学习、典型案例学习、实际工程应用和理论成果提炼等方面给出详尽的实施方案。提出的培养模式可以激发更多的学生对专业知识的学习兴趣,不仅扩充了普通高校的科研后备力量,同时也极大地提升学生的社会竞争力。
With the rapid expansion of hydropower in China, the demand for qualified personnel in hydropower dispatching has become very strong. However, due to the expansion of universities and elite effects, the current non-985 and 211-generation colleges and universities generally face a sharp increase in the quality and quantity of graduate students. In this context, this paper designs a training mode of hydropower dispatching specialty graduate students based on talent reserve construction, from the basic knowledge of cross-learning, task-specific learning, case-based learning, Practical engineering applications and theoretical achievements such as refining given detailed implementation plan. The proposed training mode can stimulate more students ’interest in studying professional knowledge, which not only expands the research backup power of ordinary colleges and universities, but also greatly enhances students’ social competitiveness.
