为实现水质重金属检测数据的采集与处理,在分析重金属检测方法的基础上,依据检测指标要求,选用离子选择性电极法和阳极溶出伏安法两种电化学检测方法,在此基础上,对传感器进行了选择,构建了数据采集系统框架,并对数据采集终端的功能模块进行了分析。为对采集数据进行有效处理,采用3σ准则、算数平均滤波法、加权滤波相结合的综合数字滤波处理方法对测量数据进行滤波处理。
In order to realize the collection and processing of heavy metal detection data of water quality, based on the analysis of heavy metal detection methods, two electrochemical detection methods, ion selective electrode method and anodic stripping voltammetry, were selected according to the requirements of detection index. On this basis, The sensor has been selected, the data acquisition system framework has been constructed, and the functional modules of the data acquisition terminal have been analyzed. In order to deal with the collected data effectively, the measured data is filtered by the integrated digital filtering method combining 3σ criterion, arithmetic average filtering method and weighted filtering method.
