阅读了《集邮博览》2013年第5期上刊登的江苏裴雨的文章《见证援越历史的1965版军用代金券》,使我想起了自己收藏的几枚军用代金券和就餐凭证。我的父亲是一名军医,参加过援越战争。军用代金券和就餐凭证是在父亲当年使用过的医学书中发现的。据父亲回忆,解放军进入越南后,信件寄到广西××部队,通过部队再转交收信人。军队内部使用军用代金券,这在裴雨的文章中已做了详细的介绍,部队回国后兑换收回。我收藏的7枚1分券和3枚1角券
Read the article published in Philately Expo 2013, No. 5, Pei Yu, Jiangsu Province, “Witnessing the 1965 Military Vouchers for the Aid Vietnam” reminds me of a few military vouchers and dining vouchers I have collected. My father is a medic who participated in the Vietnam War. Military vouchers and dining vouchers were found in medical books used by their fathers. According to his father’s memories, after the PLA entered Vietnam, the letter was sent to the XX Corps in Guangxi and then transferred to the recipient through the army. The use of military vouchers inside the army was detailed in Pei Yu’s article, and was redeemed by the troops upon their return. I have a collection of seven 1 coupons and 3 1 coupons
