以某矿IV621风巷为研究对象,采用现场调研、数值模拟和工程实践相结合的研究手段,对深部软岩巷道的变形机理及控制方案进行了分析,确定了该风巷的最佳支护方案,并应用于现场。结果揭示了破碎软岩巷道掘进期间巷道表面及巷道深部围岩移近量的时间效应;分析了锚杆支护、锚索支护和联合支护在控制围岩变形量的情况;现场实践中,巷道顶底板移近量缩小至95 mm以内,两帮移近量缩小至100 mm,符合煤矿安全生产的需要。
Taking a mine IV621 wind tunnel as the research object, this paper analyzed the deformation mechanism and control scheme of the deep soft rock roadway by means of field investigation, numerical simulation and engineering practice, and determined the best support Program, and applied to the scene. The results reveal the time effect of the surrounding rock mass near the surface of the roadway and the deep surrounding rock during tunneling of broken soft rock roadway; analyzed the deformation of the surrounding rock by the bolt support, the anchor cable support and the joint support; in the field practice , The amount of roof and floor near the tunnel narrowed down to less than 95 mm, the amount of nearly two to move down to 100 mm, in line with the needs of coal mine safety.
