最近由高等教育出版社出版的河北北京师范学院历史系编“世界近代史教学大纲”(见“河北北京师范学院历史系各科教学大纲初稿”,高等教育出版社,1959年1月第一版)是教学改革以来公开发行的一本世界近代史教学大纲。看过之后,觉得这个大纲确实有很多优点,从中学习到很多东西。但也发现这个大纲中还存在一些值得提出商榷的问题。愿提出与同志们一道讨论。首先感到的是关于历史年代和名词概念方面的问题。我们知道,十八世纪末法国资产阶级革命历史的分期是科学早有定论的问题。即:第一时期从1789年7月14日至1792年8月10日,第二时期从1792年8月10日至1793年5月31日—6月2日,第三时期从1793年6月2日至1794年7月27日。这是根据每个时期由资产阶级哪个派别掌握政权以及这个政权
