本文初步总结了合金柱齿在静载荷下侵入岩石的试验结果。 使用七种形状和尺寸的合金柱,对南芬及大孤山矿的部分岩石和矿石进行93次静压破岩试验。对压力侵入深度、破碎体积、破碎功和功比耗等指标进行了测定和计算,并探讨了相互间的关系。还试验了两至三个齿相继加载时的破岩效果,分析了齿的合理间距。初步探讨了岩石的破碎机理。 本文所介绍的电测方法、自制的转换元件及各种参数的测量方法简单易行,便于推广。本试验结果揭示了牙轮钻头破岩的部分规律,对钻头设计和钻头的合理使用有一定参考价值。
This paper summarizes the experimental results of alloy column teeth intrusion under static load. Nine kinds of rock and ore rocks in Nanfen and Dagushan were subjected to 93 hydrostatic breaking tests using alloy columns of seven shapes and sizes. The factors such as pressure invasion depth, crushing volume, crushing work and work ratio are measured and calculated, and the relationship between them is discussed. The rock breaking effect was also tested when two to three teeth were loaded one after the other, and the reasonable spacing of the teeth was analyzed. This article describes the electrical measurement methods, homemade conversion devices and various parameters of the measurement method is simple and easy to promote. The results of this experiment revealed part of the rule of roller cone rock breaking, which has certain reference value for the design of bit and the rational use of bit.
